Umrahspot is a booking platform. We act as a concerned and helpful intermediary to connect you with hotels. The contract for your accommodation is made directly between you and the hotel. We are not a party to that contract and do not control the hotels, which are independent entities.

We provide our platform with reasonable care, gathering information from hotels. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely accurate, complete, or free of errors. We commit to correcting any information we become aware is incorrect.

The inclusion of a hotel on our platform is not a personal endorsement or recommendation. Each hotel is solely responsible for the services it provides.

When you make a booking, you accept all applicable hotel policies—including cancellation rules, age requirements, security deposits, and other conditions—as displayed on the hotel's page and during the booking process.

Cancellations, refunds, and no-show fees are governed entirely by the specific policy of the hotel you booked. We urge you to review this policy carefully, as a gesture of trust and mutual responsibility (أمانة), before confirming.

If you book by paying in advance, the hotel may cancel if the balance cannot be collected on time. In such cases, any refund is at the hotel's discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid.

If you anticipate a delay, you must contact the hotel directly. We are not responsible for costs from late arrival. As the booker, you are responsible for your group's conduct and for obtaining their permission to share their personal data.

To book, you may need an account. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your login details secure. Our platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.

By booking, you agree to pay the full cost, including all taxes and charges. Prices shown are set by the hotel.

Obvious errors in pricing (e.g., a suite mistakenly listed for €1) are not binding. We reserve the right to cancel such bookings and will provide a full refund.

A crossed-out price indicates the estimated price for a comparable booking without a promotional discount.

If any issue arises, we are committed—as a matter of Islamic duty and good faith—to serve those who have entrusted us. We pledge to act as a diligent mediator between you and the hotel to seek a fair and amicable resolution.

However, the final authority on all matters concerning your stay, including the resolution of disputes, rests solely with the hotel. Our role is to assist, not to arbitrate or impose solutions.
